50 Selkirk it's more of whats seen. Bed bugs are my main worry agreed.
James doesn't do his job as far as repairs to the building or cleaning.You do see mops around, but never being used consistently.Does it matter if he is told or not given the supplies to do the work? NO then go to the owners of 50 Selkirk & fine them & force them to do the work, plain & simple.The Doors leading to the outside, locks broken. The door to the laundry room. Looks like its been kicked in for over 2 months now.

I live at 50 Selkirk four's floor, the bedbugs at this building is horreble, I contacted the superintent many time, he's very rude and lier guy, He doesn't lissten to the tenants.

I really hated this building, the management and the representative.

My grandson lives at 202 - 50 Selkirk and the bed bugs are horrific please do some thing ..we don't know the name of the owner of the building, but he certainly isn't doing any thing about this problem...worried grandmother..

There have been bedbugs and cockroach infestations throughout the building. The superintendant does little to clean the common areas--so this does not help the situation. Can't wait to get out of this slum!

Ronni is completely right. They won't spray the whole building, so the bedbugs come through the walls at night and into your apartment. NEVER LIVE HERE.

Infestations have been found on several floors. Work orders have taken 2-3 weeks to be carried out. Other units are then infected and the bugs travel back and forth. Transglobe doesn't care. Berkley property management, (the sub-contractors), the city office and head office do not return calls. I have obtained several signatures to support these incidents. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING!
