I just read the above complaint in Nov/09 and this is news to the Landlord. Since I started working here in Feb/99 not one apartment in this building has ever reported or been treated for bedbugs.

I live in a 1BR at 358 Mcarthur Ave, in Vanier, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I found bedbugs about a month and a half after I moved in. Not sure where they came from (the building, another tenant, my furniture, etc), but they're there.I found a number (6-10) of adult bedbugs, and even more nymphs. If I were you, don't move into this apartment building.
