Do not move here either. Coakroaches are never completely dealt with, despite several sprayings. Outside looks beautiful, but the buildings are not kept that clean. Noise travels easily.

Sadly, finding a good place to live for a good tenant is a chore in the nation's capital. The large corporations only care about money and keeping out of court.

There was a report of bedbugs here (in another unit), but it was dealt with promptly. I have been checking for them since I moved in and have seen nothing.

There are however cockroaches and the units have been sprayed twice in one year. The pest control solution was applied to the cupboards and when I enquired what it was (having never lived anywhere with bug problems - only since moving to our great nation's capital haha), I was lied to.
