Thank you for posting your experience with Vertica apartments. I'm relieved to know that they are quick acting and helped you eradicate your problem with the bugs, and that you didn't have to get rid of all of your possessions(some stories you hear out there are truly horrific). Makes me feel relieved that I chose to live at the Vertica Suites.

In March/April 2009 I found out I had bedbugs, my girlfriend would wake up with bites up her arms and legs. Once I did a full sweep of my 9th floor apartment and confirmed they were only located beneath my mattress, I brought it to the attention of the main office and they (Vertica) really blew me away at how fast they reacted to my informing them of the problem.

The unfortunate part was that it happened over the Easter long weekend so I had to wait-it-out until the Tuesday after. But, like
