I moved into Westminster Apartments about eight months ago. The day we moved in we saw what we thought were ticks crawling across the floor. We figured the moving guys tracked them in, no big deal. We kept seeing them, a few a week, and asked the pest guy when they came out to spray for roaches. (Which this complex has none of, incidentally) They told us they were bed bugs, and that they were near impossible to get rid of. They sprayed on our mattresses, which didn't have bed bugs at the time. O
ther then their routine once a quarter spray for roaches, we have received no help with this issue. The pest guys are always telling us they are willing to come back out to spray for them, but our apartment manager never sends them specific for that issue. We've bombed the place, used every pesticide we could think of...but they hide under the carpets, and in the tiniest places. Has no affect. One of my room mates is allergic, gets huge welts from being bitten.
