We discovered bedbugs in our 1st floor apt. in May 2010. After discussing with the other tenents, we were told that the entire house has been affected and after waking up with 75+ bites we decided to move out. The landlord was cooperative and called pest control although we didn't feel it was effective. (And the bugs are pretty difficult to get rid of).
