This apartment was certified free of bed bugs before this person moved in. Further, after she complained about bugs, I hired a professional exterminating company to take care of the problem.
This tenant was totally uncooperative. She was told to bag her things and launder them. Instead she bagged them, left the bags open and did not launder them.
She was requested to vacuum at least three times a week. She did NO vacuuming.
Further, I purchased her an expensive certified bed bug free bed bug

Summer 2010- I moved into a unit at this address only to find that within 2 weeks, the building had an infestation of bed bugs. Imagine my horror to wake up and have them all over the closet door and walls. Needless to say I got out of there as quickly as possible and I still to this day have nightmares about it.
