I have seen bed bugs in people apartments on the 13th floor. These bugs were very large, crawling in the bathroom, living room and ect. My grandfather lives there, he told me he had bed bugs for over 2 years now. I am afraid to visit there because i don't want to bring them home with me. This building is not in good care. They have rat infestation on the lower levels also. The only way to get rid of those things is to tear that building down.

On 11-10-10 I was working in the 400 W.9th building and my co worker and my self felt as if we had something crawling on us when we looked at the areas that were aggravated they were welted up and itching some were simply round and others were elongated areas of bites. This has been happening for the last month and also numerous reports of bites and bed bugs being on the site have been submitted to security on several occasions. Please with the deepest urgency take a look into this infestation
