This is a multi-unit apartment complex, there are 12 apartments in each unit. It is called "The Arts at Music Hall Apartments", it is also known as The Ezzard Charles Apartments. 864 Clark Street, 862 Clark Street, 839 Ezzard Charles. All these building have had Bed Bugs sightings and even have Cockroaches outside on the shared porches because peoople don't take their trash to the dumpsters. This is ongoing, my next door neighbor has them and I am treating the base boards where I saw a Bed B
