This building has been fighting bedbugs since 2005. The previous owners have spent over $250,000.00 to get rid of the bedbugs but the residents were still bringing them in. Apartments were inspected every three months and treated as reported to management. This building was a training ground for Orkin to come up with some of their treatment plans.

The problem has been abated to a manageable level but it takes serious cooperation between Mangement, the Residents and the Pest Control Compa
