Moved in may 2010. Had em since june. Been treated every other monday since june and currently. 2 beds, numerous bed covers, trash bags and trips to the dry cleaners. They have a "pest control" company that they use, but I'm pretty sure they're just spraying water on the running boards and charging the apartment. The building was foreclosed on in late summer 2010 and now we pay our rent to a controller in cleveland (350 miles away). He has never been to the building to see the destruction first
hand. Every apartment has beds, couches, totes and baskets of crap on their balconies to keep infested items out. They're coming through the outlets, a/c units and walls. The average tenant here is in the country illegally, and therefore won't call maintenance to come in and exterminate, forcing the rest of the tenants to suffer all the while we throw away hundreds (if not a thousand) in personal belongings. The management won't return calls, offer discounts, or work around the schedules of those working to get a proper exterminator in.
This place in filled to the brim with bed bugs. There's no hope in sight. Do. Not. Move. Here. (Unless you don't mind sharing your floor with 11 illegal immigrants crammed in to a one bedroom apartment and a bevy of bed bugs and cockroaches..)
