I stayed in this hotel on 9/29/10. I woke with red bites all over my arms and legs and neck. I contacted the front desk. When checking out, I told the desk clerk again and he gave me the manager's card to call back. He told me that I was in a wing that had not had issues before (meaning other areas of the hotel had previously had bed bug issues). He told me that the manager would refund my money when I called back. Well, it is now 10/4/10 and I have yet to hear from the hotel. I have calle
