The dumpster outside the apartment is surrounded by mattress and couches that have been infested with bed bugs. The current pile has been there for a month. The furniture is dragged through the apartment complex, which leads to more infestations.
The land lord refuses to pay for the building to be heat-treated, so it keeps spreading from apartment to apartment.

A woman in the building next door spread them to her boyfriend who lives in building 135. The bugs then spread to the apartment next door where my boyfriend and I have dozens of bugs on our chests, back, arms and legs. I've had an allergic reaction to some of the bites so my welts are very large. An exterminator came and found one bug in our apartment but they were cleaning the apartment next door.
