this report is bogus and unjust. the theatre has never had a bed bug incident and still doesn't. we were checked when the bed bug hysteria hit the media and our location is clean. this report was a hysterical patron brainwashed by bed bug mania. she was bit by a mosquito if at all, not a bed bug. people should be careful when screaming fire in a theatre to cause panic when there is no fire.

Kew gardens Movie Theatre, got bitten while watching movie. yesterday. Reported to supervisor, she seemed disinterested.
