8-8-09-In front of 958 Seneca Ave. This building has been dumping tons of furniture & garbage in front of it. I had a feeling it was bed bug related. I ran into the owner in front of the building who confirmed that they had a bed bug problem. There was a lot of furniture and mattresses dumped in front of the building. I warned him that now wrapping them in plastic can contribute to spreading the bugs to others. He did not care. He said by law he does not need to wrap the furniture...
