I lived in this building on the 4th floor from 2007-2009. There were bedbugs in the building, we found dead ones in the light fixtures- they were getting in that way. We treated our apartment and they were contained for most of the time, but the landlord didn't do anything about the larger problem in the building. Hopefully it's improved since then!

There were bedbugs throughout this building. Had to use our own exterminator as landlord was just spraying for roaches. But since they were alL OVER THE BUILDING THEY CAME BACK THREE MONTHS LATER. like the building but cant take bedbugs again.
