Saw bed bugs coming down ceiling wall from above after seeing neighbors throw away furniture and seeing furniture left in the stairwell and hall way. Realized we were getting bitten. The exterminator came three times to clear the apartment and said it was a terrible infestation and its coming from the walls. Had to seal all the cracks in the walls and dispose of personal belongings in the right legal way. Our neighbors just leave them in the hallway to reinfect everyon
