We have lived here for about a year. We have not had a serious bed bug problem as far as intensity. However it has been consistent and very annoying. We have had the full treatment twice by Metro Pest within 6 months with no real impact on the problem except for a couple of weeks. Building refuses to treat surround apartments. Metro Pest does not offer smaller, routine bed bug treatments and landlord refuses to get a service who does. By the way, it's against the law not to treat problem and sur
