Discovered them early -- no trace of adults or colonies or eggs whatsoever, just a lot of bites and a few nymphs found. Took three treatments nonetheless to get under control. Other units in the building are currently getting treated as well. Pray for us.

our building seems to have gotten them from the building next door.
