Moved in June of 2011, found traces almost immediately, by August I actually found bed bugs. Found 2 under my mattress and shells of a few others, so we had the place sprayed.

Moved into the building in 2010 and still have not been able to exterminate because apt below us is completely infested. Heard from a couple of exterminators that they've been in this building frequently in the past year.
