Due to drug addict tenants bringing in various ghetto culture scum and prostitutes alike - I having been waging war against bed bugs off and on since the summer of 2006. It has been a nightmare to say the least. Various tenants can not be bothered to keep an apt. tidy and the maintenance in charge standards are so poor I have resorted to purchasing my own costly pesticides. Caulking up even the tiniest of cracks and storing valuables in black plastic bags have helped as having a layer of drione
