Lived on the first floor and had bed bugs. Landlord did not pay for exterminator and I had to pay my own. Went away but came back again.

Thats is not true I live om the 2nd Floor and have been living here for over 3 years and never had a bed bug problem

Less than a month after we moved in, started having bedbug bites. After treatment by exterminator, bites stopped for a short period, then slowly started again. Had second exterminator treatment, waiting to see if we get more bugs.
