Late June 2010- Bedbug infestation reported in 2nd floor apartment by tenant, in small bedroom with one window which is not connected to any other room. Tenant was sleeping in a loft bed where the infestation occurred, and threw away all bedding material and bed, and treated the floor with DE, and sealed cracks in ceiling. Tenants moved out one week later. Landlord reported to have treated apartment with over the counter pesticides. Landlord refuses to treat problem further or get estimate, and
