I recently moved out of 264 Himrod Street after living there for a couple of years. The entire time that I lived there, bedbugs has never been an issue in the building.

To whom this may concern:

I had lived at 264 Himrod St., Brooklyn, NY 11237, from July 2009 until April 2011 and never came across any bed bug issues whatsoever. Furthermore, the landlord would tend to such matters as soon as any of the tenants would have any concern, especially if it is something as urgent as bed bugs. The building is maintained very well and we had a great experience living there.

Apartment 1L, 2L, and 3R
There are so many bedbugs that our cat has tried to run away from the house a few times already. We complained to the ladlord who tells us to get over it, that they are just little bugs. This place is a newly rennovated place but the landlord is such a cheap-o that he paid a shady individual to watch the place while it was being rennovated and this person brought in three mattresses off the street, a few of his friends (males and females) and they partied every night
