We lived here too, in 2L. We started getting bitten in May. She chose an extermination date that didn't work for us- one of us was out of town. So instead of working with our schedule she came in and bagged up our place for us, throwing away some of our possessions, some of them very sentimental!!!!

There were bugs and are bugs and the landlord continually rents out the spaces without ever really getting rid of them. She will also take your money and take you to court. She is super manipulative. I lived in 3L, but the bugs were all over, in every apartment.
