I used to live in that building, bedbug infestation is ridiculous and landlord will not exterminate. He will leave some "spray" infront of your door. I moved because of it. I am now paranoid. It was so good to sleep at night without fear of being bitten. I was highly allergic to them, I brought all new furniture when I left and spent 75 dollars to wash and re wash my clothing before I moved.

The entire building is infested with bedbugs. It is the reason I moved from the building. The landlord does not think its his responsibility to exterminate.
