Whoever this Matt guy is - he obviously works for the rental company for this building. If you are looking for a TERRIBLE landlord who owns newly renovated, fully infested bed bug apartments, go to 336 Melrose.

Bugs gallor! Apartment 3L has them and I think the whole building does. The neighbor says that he does not, but that he has a lot of "spider bites". Exterminator comes but not enough. They go away for a couple of weeks to a month, and then come back. Its horrible. We did everything you can do. Lived out of plastic bags for 6 months. Cleaned everything, and dried it on high heat. They are unstoppable.

I have a great landlord & he took car of it & it never came bback again & i even renewed my lease,

Its a great building & an excellent carig landlord, & all of the other tennats also renewed their lease,
