The above report about the super and landlord not doing anything were for 445 3 83rd st in manhattan, 10028, not in brooklyn 11236. My mistake.

Over the course of 2010, an apt on the 1st floor and an apt on the 2nd floor have had bed bugs. The landlords and super did nothing to support the people dealing with the issues.
