We discovered bed bugs early Sept. The landlord just felt sorry for us. We hired exterminator and paid out of pocket.
The exterminator sprayed twice. We are spraying every week with product bought from Home depot So far so good however, the building is in really poor condition. There are tons of holes, the floors are crapy and uneven, lot of crevices, etc. Besides that there are bedbugs in buildings left and right from us wall to wall. I believe that the chemical will hold for a while til we
