Last summer my husband kept getting these ugly bite marks on his arm. At first we thought it was mosquito bites, but then we heard rumors about the bldg having bedbugs. The following day my husband woke up with over 30 bedbug bites on his arm. His fingers and wrist were swollen. We went to the superintendent (Johnny apt 1C)and he was shocked at my husbands arm.
