Had a horrible infestation in 2010. Landlord didn't disclose that the apartment had been treated 2 weeks before I moved in. Despite paperwork and evidence to the contrary, they still deny this.

They were very slow to react -- didn't return phone calls, etc. Finally, they provided a third-rate exterminator. Bugs are still there, but I'm not.
