September 1-5 2011. Infestation occurred when a family of five moved into a single bedroom on the second floor. Shortly after bed bugs began appearing in the room directly above and the mattress in the room had to be thrown away. Turns out second floor neighbors had them and they found their way into the third floor. Now it is a problem. Currently waiting for landlord/owner to take action, considering relocation though do not have the funds. :(
