spraying/freezing does nothing. kills the bedbugs that the chemicals/freezing coming in contact with. this is the bare minimum an owner/manager does to get by but does not resolve the problem. how and where are they coming from? did the seal up the cracks in the wall? did they paint?. no kudo's for ICON.

Bedbugs found again on the 4th floor of 1542 2nd Avenue on 11/24/11. Icon Realty sent over exterminators again in December.

Have not seen bedbugs since but NOT renewing lease.

9/25/10: Bedbugs found on the 4th floor of 1542 2nd Avenue. Pest control coming 9/25 or 9/26 and again on 10/9 or 10/10.
