I moved to the apartment almost 9 months ago. Immediately I started getting bit, and I even caught some bugs and kept them in baggies. It took 2.5 months before the landlord would bring in an exterminator... I was bug free for 3 months before they came back.

I have lived here for over 2 years. We have had a resurgance 3 times after thourough and painstaking efforts to remove them. It is clear the problem is definitely a building issue. Looks like it's time to move. I'm taking nothing with me that can't be washed or frozen. I'm wondering if there is any way I can not lose my last month and deposit by breaking my lease.

The building has bedbugs. The floors have cracks, they travel from apartment to apartment. We lived there for one and a half years and had to have TWO exterminations. Neither worked and now we are breaking our lease early and praying to god that the bugs don't follow us. Its too bad that the landlords are nice people, but their building is crawling!
