This regards apartment A3:
On June 12, 2011 we discovered an adult bedbug crawling on the wall of our bedroom. We immediately contacted the landlord. An exterminator visited 4 days later. We bagged every cloth item in our apartment and laundered them on hot wash/hot dry and dry cleaned what could not be washed. The exterminator sprayed the entire apartment including our furniture and bed mattresses.

re seen for 2 1/2 weeks until we started getting bites again and on inspection of our bed frame discovered another bed bug.
Multiple calls to the landlord went unanswered. I spoke with the receptionist each time requesting that another exterminator appointment be made.
After no response, we began to manage the problem ourselves with diatomaceous earth and a $300 steam mop. After two weeks of self-treatment we received no more bites.
We terminated our lease in Sept 2011 for other reasons.
