Horrified on 07/18/2011

I have found multiple bugs in my apartment. The landlord paid for one bedbug treatment. I paid for the next and told him that the problem remained. He has done nothing further. He has not notified any other tenants in the building; he has made no attempt to seal any cracks. I suspect they are coming from items stored in the basement which has huge holes in the ceiling which lead straight up to my floor. I can see light in the basement through my floorboards.
