Can anyone give an update on this location sine the report in 2009? Is there any evidence the infestation ever spread to the commercial space on the street level?

Building has 3 units: 2 1 BR apts, 1 commercial space on first floor. Neighbor from 2nd floor asked me when we met at the door if the Landlord told us about their bed nugs. Um, NO. Had happened within the previous 10 days or so and neither landlord notified us. When we called to ask wtf?, we were told WE had to capture and bag and bug and bring it to the exterminator. Then WE have to clean the apt to prep for exterminator. Oh yeah, we're only gonna pay for one treatment.
