Lived in apartment #2 here. Awful infestation--and when we complained, the landlord hired an exterminator to come once a month, but did nothing else. all the exterminator did was spray poison around the floorboards. we ended up paying out of pocket and having to move to the Brooklyn Motor Lodge for 3 weeks while we looked for a new place. This place also had a mice and giant cockroaches! beware!
