It's July 19th 2010 now, we have been bitten for the past 3 months. When I moved in, the apartment had been vacant for a while, and once the bed bug infestation happened, the upstairs neighbors told me they had the same problem almost a year and a half ago.

The landlords are trying everything they can to get rid of them and have been very helpful, but it's a nightmare and from my understanding pretty much impossible to eliminate entirely.
