Thanks Charlie, we're trying, the nightly tears/cry fests are all part of my daily life. Our neighborhood is infested. We're trying to talk to other tenants, i's amazing how much NO ONE knows, and because of what we're dealing with, i just want to educate. Funny... i did call 311 and filed a complaint, did so again yesterday, as i DO want an inspector out there, I also reported all other pest issues this time, they made us live for easily a month with a hole in our bathroom ceiling looking up

Dear Sara

Please hang in there. Call the City and Dial 311 to report the problem. Also, consider going to housing court. Just Google "Filing a complaint in NYC Housing Court". If management won't handle it the city will force them to.

I have been waking up with bites for a few weeks, upon reading up on bed bugs, i went home, went to the bed room, ad started looking, it took all of 30seconds to find them, very visible & large, now i have no idea what to do and don't have the money to throw everything away.

Our Landlord is notorious for not handling problems, in the past year(although it's mandated by law) we haven't seen an exterminator come around for months. We are also battling rodents & roaches on an ongoing b
