Cockroach infestation, bathroom and kitchen, primarily, various sizes/ages, whole building needs to be removed of all people and pets and bombed

Apt 3D - we were bitten on occasion, but didnt know it was bedbugs - this was between 2004-2009. The building had mice as well. We were told the bedbug situation was held at bay by the mice who supposedly eat bedbugs - not sure if this is true. We moved out, but then landed in another infested building in Brooklyn!
