About a week ago (June 22, 2010) my wife and I started to feel a bit itchy on our legs and arms. I didn't have it so bad - one or two bites (I thought it was mosquitoes), but my wife was more allergic than I. Finally yesterday (June 29, 2010) I took a look around our apartment after my wife saw a "tick-like bug" on our wall. After pulling up all of our sheets and finally the mattress, I found a small grouping of bedbugs.

I called the landlord this morning (June 30, 2010) and they had an exter

minator call me back 15 minutes later. We're having them come this Friday and then two weeks from this Friday. I'm already in teh process of pulling everything away from the walls and doing an extensive search in the apartment.

According to the superintendent, a "bunch of apartments" had reported the same. However, when I called the management office this morning they said that only 4 reports were filed, and I was the first on my floor.

We'll see how the extermination goes and report back in a few weeks.
