For the past 2 1/2 years we have been fighting bedbug infestation in this apartment building. I personally have had to have all of my carpet removed and had to throw out 2 couches. The landlord, after a very shaky start, began treating the apartments but not properly. By this I mean if you reported bedbugs he would send for the exterminator and they would treat your apartment. But, they did NOT treat the apartments over you, or under you or next door to you. So, the bedbugs that survived and
