This building definitely has bed bugs. I had my apartment treated by an exterminator in September/October 2010. Flipped the house upside down. Found my mattress heavily infested on the base. Wrapped it up in a vinyl bed cover.

Everything looked good for the 2011 year until I started getting super itchy in fall 2011. Lo and behold. BOOM. Bedbugs. No idea where they came from.

I suspect my neighbor who moved in during the summer 2011 moved out because of bedbugs.

Don't move in here. BED

It's silly to say that one would never live amongst bed bugs, as if other people choose their apartments because they want to live with bed bugs. I know for a fact that this building was infested - I moved out because of bed bugs. The management tried to treat the problem, so hopefully now it's under control.

There are no bed bugs in this building. i have been a tenant here for 3 years, there has been a report of an alleged sighting and has been addressed since which was a false alarm. I would not live amongst bed bugs nor any other infestation.

November 2009: This building is heavily infested and the landlord will not address the enormity of the problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE - you will regret it.

There are bedbugs in this building.
