To the last poster, to which address have you been? The one in Murray Hill/Kips Bay or in Brooklyn? Because this particular registry is about the address in Brooklyn. I used Google maps to look around and only found houses in that street not buildings.

On 6/11 The first thing that caused caution was when a young girl that could'nt speak english to well said; forget about this place (The BedBugs Rule In Here At Night!) But I Went to look anyway at a studio apt.in this building. DAMN! How can these people live in here? The construction noise is Crazy!The dirt is unavoidable.Dirt on the walls in the hallways,stairs,ceilings!Why would someone bring company here? Stayed here for a short stay and was eaten alive!The place is a rat trap.Noise level is crazy,dirt every where & Bedbugs are on the loose. No super on premise,no manager to make a complaint,just a phone number that people want to reject your complaints!Construction workers run from floor to floor bringing bugs with them all day! The Management is in total denial. What a waste of money!! YES! 138 east 31st.has BEDBUGS !!! THIS PLACE WAS FILTY!
