I lived at this address from 2004 until 2007 right before they renovated the building there was no bedbugs there, what we did have was rats as big as cats.

Lived at this address since 2007 never had a bed bug issue. The same exterminator comes by monthly and does a thorough job. Since I did not have similar problem I do not know how the landlord would handle it, but all I can tell you is that all maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely fashion.

roaches, bedbugs, cracks, OH MY! on 05/21/2010

I lived here back in 2008 on a 6 month lease... I only made it 5 months... cockroaches the size of your pinky finger (the whole finger) would drop from God knows where and you'd hear them when they hit the ground... or the back of the sofa... or your bed... I had 4 of them in my apt at once and then the smaller more common variety would accumulate in the door of my microwave--i counted 28 at once at one point. Bedbugs, rats, and tons of roaches and flies live here. The landlord is awful, too- he won't take any responsibility. Stay away!!
