I moved into a 5th floor apartment of 350 Empire Blvd, Brooklyn NY, in December of 2011. I saw a nymph bug a month or so after I moved in but the super refused to treat our apartment. Our building was recently sold to a new company, owned by Sol Kopelowitz, and I was hopeful that they would be more responsive to tenants' needs. The entire 5th and 6th floor are infested with bed bugs. Exterminators called but most tenants refuse to clean or store their clothing as instructed so he refuses to service them. Many tenants have decided to just live with them.

2 treatments and 2 beds later and the bedbugs are still there!
