Infestation in this building goes back to at least the Spring of 2010. Appartently, the landlord is aware of the problem but has refused to invest in professional pest management. This has caused the spreading of the infestation to the building next door which has already been reported on this site. After yet another apartment has been infested, an official complaint has been issued today (9/12/11)with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development.
