we had bed bugs in apt. #3 discovered during the summer of 2010. landlord was difficult but eventually dealt with it. our lease was not renewed because of it...so we are not sure what ended up happening. but it was a pretty bad case. and unfortunately turned into a sour and dramatic situation.
