August 2010, multi-unit building: A tenet informed building management of a suspected infestation in his apartment. The same day management had the infestation confirmed by an exterminator and called each tenet personally to inform them of the situation and planned response. A building-wide inspection and treatment occurred three days later (even though the infestation was confined to one top-floor apartment).
